We offer 4 delivery options:-
- Delivery within Nairobi – 3-24 hours – available M-PESA on delivery – KSh.200
- Delivery outside Nairobi – up to 36 hours – Pre-paid orders – KSh.300
- Pick-up from our office located at Peodesy Plaza, Katani Road, Syokimau, Nairobi – FREE
- Delivery is FREE for orders above KSh. 5,000 only in Nairobi!
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, TekSpace will gladly accept returns for products within 5 days from delivery date as long as our terms and conditions are met.
PAYMENT
We offer 4 Main payment options:-
- M-PESA on Delivery – For Orders From Within Nairobi
- Pre-paid M-PESA – For Orders From Outside Nairobi
- Major Credit & Debit Cards – Available For In-store Shopping
- TekSpace Ideas M-PESA Till Number (Buy Goods)
The Management may approve cash payments in certain cases. Please make sure you have enough money on your M-PESA if performing online purchase.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We have a full refund policy for orders cancelled 6 hours in advance. Our processing and shipping process takes about 6 hours. Any orders after this period have been delivered to the sorting center cant be retrieved until final destination.
